XLT (Linear Vision):
Dual belt, Extra large conveyor inspection machine US/CE Compliant. Model 4000 and Model 8000: Standard, Non-Telecentric lens, 8 camera limit, Camera quantity (Model 8000 = 8 Camera)

Product Type: Ferrous and Non-Ferrous base fasteners; Nuts, Weldnuts, Rivnuts, Washers, Clips, Non-Collared Studs and Headed bolts. Sizes: M5 to M19 x 140mm in length depending on part stability. Production Rate: 500 to 1000ppm, based on M8-1.25 x 25mm long fastener. Vision Field of View (FOV): 40mm Horizontal x 150mm Vertical

The XLT Model has a patented recirculation conveyor for non-determined part inspection.

This allows fasteners lacking a satisfactory inspection to be received by a recirculation chute/conveyor for re-inspection. System faults are monitored thru out the inspection process.

The inspection and sorting machine can therefore provide a more efficient inspection and sorting process and can potentially eliminate the re-inspection of non-conforming fasteners and/or facilitate the re-inspection of the fasteners that were not properly inspected.
